Teach them well and let them lead the way

The face of a chilled achiever. 

She's just treated herself to a FroYo delivered by the Taliban.

Why would she be celebrating? 

This gal has just landed herself a promotion.   

She advises me she now has to be addressed as "miss toolibelle deputy head of department cruse"

We read her application - we would have given her the job on that. 

We listened to her presentation  - we would have given her job on that. 

We asked her questions and were astounded by her composure and answers which were given with no hesitation or if or buts. 

Obviously, the interview panel felt the same. 

What an achievement - we were just saying, two years ago she was still at Oxford (Did I mention Tooli is an Oxford Graduate?  ),  she hadn't finished her Degree, and hadn't started applying for jobs.   

Two years on. quietly confident,  loving teaching her subject, and when the post came up, despite her relative newness to the profession - she went for it. 

Prepped herself the way she always does.   She had nothing to  loose. 

And now she has everything to gain.
