Forsythia

OH was up early to watch the Grand Prix so I got up early and went for a walk.  The sun was shining and I was listening to a good podcast and I walked my normal route.

We had booked lunch out as it was OH's birthday yesterday.  No.1 and No.2 arrived and after presents and a wander round the garden we set off.  Food was good and conversation flowed (mostly from No.2 who has plenty to say, but doesn't always listen as well?!).  No.1 was quiet and reflective but we had a wander through SV in the sunshine after lunch and she managed a short walk although her legs were stiff and aching.  

Home for tea in the conservatory and more chat - No.2 called into see MIL (duty visit) and JC went home to Tooting.  No.1 stayed as she has an early RM appointment in the morning.  Third round of chemo just about to start.  Onwards and upwards, keeping positive a day at a time.
