Embroidered violin

It was actually dry and sunny first thing, so we had a walk through Bovey Park and then paid a quick visit to the Devon Guild of crafters (now known as MAKE southwest), to see their current exhibitions. There were some interesting pieces and I particularly liked this embroidered violin by Amanda Glendinning.
We headed off to pick up mum and took her to the Willows shopping area in Torquay for a wander around M&S. After lunch, we headed on from there to see my niece and family. It was the first time we've been to their house since before lockdown, and we admired their lovely new kitchen.
Popped into the Dolphin in the evening for a drink.
