Me and my mate

A mixed day. The morning working out back pay. So exciting. 

Then out in the cold and the damp, it was so miserable, to meet L and head off to celebrate a Golden Wedding, and a half (postponed from September). Chatted and ate. I had two coincidences today - E has a new job at Dundee Uni. I know the guy she's taking over from and A, the daughter of the happy couple, is a gardener at Keith Hall. B's son in law started his career there as Head Gardener. Scotland is so small.

Back on the bus. C and L had already broken in to the house and then we were off to Angels with Bagpipes to celebrate two birthdays, L last November and me, of course, last January. It seemed slightly warmer when we came out.
