Ramadan in Al Seef

Danny was in a bit of a panic today with office work and preparing to leave tomorrow. I suggested he writes a list of everything he wants to achieve, and then we will work through it.

In the end, going to Festival City worked well. We met with his aunt from his Dad's side and her husband. We had lunch with them and a good catch up. In fact, it was really encouraging to spend time with them after ages.

We then got Danny's shopping done, leaving the mall with a few minutes to call in for one last look at Al Seef. I'm so pleased we did this. I saw this light feature prepared on my last walk with Diane. It needs to be seen in person to get the full impact. We walked around for a few minutes enjoying the sights and the cool air, then drove to Al Khaleej Centre for our last errand - to get Danny's laptop's space bar fixed.

Home via dinner at Caesar's. It wasn't that late, but both of us pretty much went straight to our respective rooms!
