Colours

I've kind of got a second wind with regards to shots around my work in the last week or so. This really caught my eye today, mainly because the colour was so striking.

Back to Taekwon Do after work tonight and I don't feel any bother from my back so far. Of course it might have been the reverse turning kick to the face that I walked right into after I didn't listen properly when Miss Cross explained what we should be doing with the pads. That'll teach me...
