Frustration

Spent the day trying to find out if and when district nurse will visit to change bags and dressing. Long waits trying to get through. Promises of calls back and different numbers bandied about.
Told they ‘know your needs’! A really helpful statement.
Had a call back and the buck has now been passed to my surgery for more information!
