Runny
The Camembert I made on 19th December has matured very nicely to a runny, slightly smelly-sock cheese. Another success from Mima’s Cheese Emporium.
I cut into it this evening and despite other plans I ended up eating sourdough and Camembert with salsa on the side for dinner.
Time has disappeared on me today. I know I spent the morning at G’s, weeding in her veg garden; and during part of the afternoon I pasteurised milk, then I made a batch of ketchup. And I walked with Bean. But what about all the other hours? Honestly, I have no idea…
Perhaps I was abducted by aliens for a while?
I certainly didn’t spend any time catching up on Blips, for I am further behind now than at the start of the day!
