Forsyth Park

A wander around Savannah on our last day here. The weather has been perfect today. So a good opportunity to see more of this pretty city.
We walked to Forsyth Park where this fountain can be found. Our tour guide told us that it had been ordered from the Sears catalogue (an urban myth I later found out!).  Olivia had fun in the children’s playground and running on the grass before we made our way back to the Pink House where we had lunch booked.  A very interesting property and a delicious lunch - I had crab cake with fried green tomatoes and a cocktail called “The Proper” - Highclere Castle Gin with hibiscus tea, Lemon juice and cava.  Now having a rest!
