Andy's endoscopy yesterday didn't show anything to pinpoint his issue so we're back to square one and waiting for the doctor's arrival to discuss the next steps.

On my trek to the hospital shop to get some lunch a local volunteer was tinkling the ivories, which reminded me of the brilliant and inspirational Channel 4 television series, from which I've borrowed the title. Some YouTube excerpts well worth watching too if you haven't seen it.

Depending on the doctor's pronouncements I might get a bowls roll-up in this afternoon.
