Tracks in the Snow

It has been a week since it last snowed. The number of tracks in the field behind our house is steadily increasing.
There are a lot of hare tracks, which is unusual. The tracks at the back of the field, taking the shortest route between the trees on the left and the trees on the right are all squirrel tracks. Although known as red squirrels in the UK, and most often red here, the ones I've seen this month were both black. The colour varies a lot in mainland Europe. The tracks in the slight depression, closest to our house are a mix of hare and roe deer. Finally there are some tracks I can't identify which are probably more deer and fox.
All this activity outside our house in the last week and the only animals we've seen there during the week are two squirrels!
