Stunning daffs this year.
I’ve blipped the graveyard which used to belong to the Burntwood Asylum, later the St Matthews Hospital.
There are an also a small number of war graves here and it’s become the responsibility of the Commonwealth War Graves Commission. This year, the daffodils are stunning.
I still find a sadness in the graves rescued from the clear up and propped up against some of the older trees. No names, just numbers. Three per stone.
