Auld bugger!

Im standing in the boatyard talking to someone while waiting for chubby hubby to turn up to see about that white pachiderm of a boat of his when I gets accosted by this auld wiffy who starts laying off at me cause our boat was only meant to be in the yard for the winter & its now summer! so it should be out! and the Commodore wouldnt like that!

None of this was said in a nice tone of voice nor did she introduce herself, her sense of self importance must have led her to believe I would know who she was! Nor was she going to give me a chance to respond & lucky for her that as I didn't wish to trash hubbies chance of keeping the bloody boat there, so I just looked at her otherwise she would have got BOTH barrells and I would have told her where to shove her bloody Commodore! I do happen to know who she is and that she is a rude nasty nosy interfering auld bugger. Her husband the few times I have met him is an ok nice guy but she is just a bloody pain in the stern to use a nautical term! The fecking boat yard by the way was EMPTY! I did point this out to her but she said the local dingy club used it! for Gods sake they have a couple of little oary boats. Our poor wee scrappy boat wasnt going to be in any ones way. Interfering auld git!

Hate these busy bodies that retire up here & for want of anything better to do go onto every bloody committee there is and turn up at every meeting to stick their nebs in and usually to get in the way of any progress for whatever wee village they live in. Saw it plenty times up on the island! Why dont they take up knitting or bloody golf or some other pastime and let us locals get on with our lives our way!

Its not over, once hubby sorts the storage out and if I see her on her own... she better look out!
Your getting flowers and dogs as they are meant to have a calming effect on people!!!!!!
Happy blipping all
