A Flash of Turquoise and Orange …

… through the Villeneuve reed beds. Mrs Kingfisher was a long way away and not still for very long but she cheered me up on a miserable, grey and rainy day. When she posed on a horizontal reed (extra) she had such a regal bearing above the crested grebes.

Thanks for the enthusiasm for yesterday’s frozen mountain too. I am hoping there will be a bit of sun here tomorrow!
