Alpine Crocuses …

… are just starting their appearance as so much snow has melted recently. No doubt they will be covered again soon when the inevitable second winter arrives. Great walk above Barboleusaz with Lindsey and Julie-Ann today: chamois, red kites and a fox to keep us company.

Hope you had a good weekend despite the inflammatory news from the Ukraine. I can’t stop thinking about those poor people and the powerful men who play chess with their lives, despite being able to walk out into our beautiful area and watching the spring unfold as it always does.
