We Need a Longer Bridge!

I met my friend L this afternoon for a walk. We were intending to walk along the river to the Floodplain Forest Nature Reserve in MK, but the car park was flooded! So we relocated to Stony Stratford to walk another stretch of the river to Passenham. As you can see, that path was blocked due to flooding. The river was very high and running very fast. We had a lovely walk and catch up, with a cuppa outside Miss Haversham’s tea shop at the end. Then I popped round to see my brother R and his wife M, and nephew J was there too, so another lovely catch up. Tired now after driving for 3 hours this morning.
