Final run

Had a very soggy and boggy run with Eva this morning, my last before the marathon at the weekend. Haven’t trained for this one like I have the others but hoping it will just be a lovely day out in the hills. We’ll see.

Finally got the new tyres on the bike after some wrestling, a bit of swearing and total wrecking of my hands.

The rest of the day was spent unashamedly binge watching MAFS Australia.
