Sand Instead of Mud

A wet morning so rather than face the mud we opted for sand. Much preferable for us and for Merlin, who bounded around like a puppy, unsure where to go there as there were so many places he wanted to go all at once! We returned for hot tea and the remainder of the curried cauliflower and potato pasties - all of which tastedadditionally good for our walk. The sun has appeared a little this afternoon but it’s been overwhelmingly damp and grey.
