Fresh Air

A sunny morning so after breakfast I pottered in the garden whilst Andy and Merlin got ready for our morning walk.

We went to Bosham, walking westward along the low shore road towards Bosham Hoe. This view is looking back towards the village.

We’d hoped to do a circular walk but the high tides of late had washed sticky mud across the footpath on the foreshore so we retraced our steps and stopped in the village for a cup of tea overlooking the water - we found a warm and sunny spot sheltered from the brisk southwesterly wind.

This afternoon we’ve been in the garden tidying winter plant debris and cutting the hedge. I’ve also potted on some house plants, whilst Andy made curried cauliflower and potato pasties for dinner. A satisfying day in the fresh air.
