It Looks Grim Up There!

We parked at Seathwaite with the plan of reccying a walk I am leading for our Ramblers Group in June.  The route should have taken us to Styhead Tarn, Sprinkling Tarn and over Glaramara before descending back to Seathwaite.  The forecast was better than the reality.  We made Styhead Tarn, looked at what was ahead (more of what is in the photo) and having been blown off our feet twice on the way up, we beat a hasty retreat and headed back the way we had come.  We decided it was not worth reccying a route that would look totally different in June!
