City canal

Another very wet showery morning brightened up in the afternoon. A check-up for Cameron then a slow journey through roadworks for his parents to get him registered. Me being the driver.

We were a bit ahead of schedule so I had a few minutes to look at the canal as it crossed through the city centre, backing onto the hospital where Cameron was born two weeks ago today. See extra for current photo.

We don’t quite know where the 3 weeks have gone: just that it has been an exciting and enjoyable whirlwind. And so glad all a appear healthy and well.

All our plans to visit and do things in the area have come to naught. We’ll just have to come back again. As if we need an excuse!
