"Meet Skippy"

Skippy is my daughters chinchilla. They have had him about 5 years. A friend of ours found him thrown in a waste skip, hence his name.

How cruel for someone to abandon a helpless animal like that. He was abandoned in his cage with no food and he was thin and his fur was bedraggled.

He's tame and eats out of my granddaughters hand, he loves apricots :-)
