Fading rose

This caught my eye as we were visiting Doreen this afternoon. Partly for her six month review and partly because we hadn’t seen her since 10th March.

Susan bought the flowers before we travelled to the Lake District as we would miss the actual Mother’s Day. We’re doing an afternoon cream tea with her neighbours next Sunday to mark the day and I dare say there will be more flowers.
