Pinked

A mostly-hole-free ceiling in the delicate shade of pink of fireproof plasterboard.

A dozen 33Kg sheets later and we're mostly done - and a bit ache'y.  In normal fashion, doing this has exposed some bodged leak repair (some yukky, gooey, wrapp'y stuff around one joint) in the central heating pipework so we've had to stop short of that while we get the plumber in.

The cast iron pillars holding the dining room floor up are something of an architectural feature (and possibly one subconscious reason for wanting to 'clean up' this room).
