A little fromage.

Serving a Tete de Moine cheese this evening on the cheese board and thought you might like to see the cheese furler in action. This is a Swiss cheese made from cows milk. Tete de Moine means head of the monk so I do have difficulty serving this to balding folk as you can see ;)
