Grey Heron

Strangely quiet at the loch today. There were no crows, no dog walkers and no Heron at first, there were. lots of squirrels and a few pigeons. As I got  half way round the path the young male Heron flew over followed by the young female. I just split the fish between them so the both got a good feed. No crows though on the way home. 
The more I compare old shots the more convinced I am that yesterday's shot was the young one. I actually felt I recognised her at the time. I am just glad that she is OK.
