Belshea buns

I actually made these on Friday for a weekend sweet treat but fortunately there were some left for my blip today. They are a cross between Chelsea buns and Belgian buns, hence my title. N loves this kind of bun, although I’m not so fond of them. However, I managed to force one down.
It was a bit damp in the morning but that didn’t matter to me as I was in a meeting until lunch time. By mid afternoon, it had dried up somewhat so Bertie and I didn’t get a soaking on our walk, for which I was very grateful.
