Christmas cactus berry

Way back on November 21 I did some cross pollination between different colors of Christmas cactus. Here is that blip.
The base of the flowers got big and the flowers died off. The "berries" have sat there for a long time and I wondered today if there were really seed in there. I broke one off and opened it and sure enough there were seeds inside. They weren't mature yet though. I looked it up on line and if the berries fall off easily when you touch them then it's ready. It may take up to a year. So at some point I will have seeds to plant and that will be a lot of fun. It will also be a mystery as to the type of flowers since I've cross pollinated.
