Flowers

I love flowers, particularly if they have a scent but don't like the thought of No.1 and 2 spending lots of money on overpriced flowers for Mother's Day.  I also don't like the way they put garish colours together in a mixed bunch and have a few of each variety.  I much prefer a bunch of the same blooms (difficult - moi?!)  I was going to text No.2 to tell him not to bother but thought that sounded churlish and if he wants to buy me flowers then so be it?  We are out for lunch tomorrow (Saturday) as restaurants are always rammed on the actual day itself.

The day started wet although I did go to BP.  Different instructor and routine again which I didn't like.  Home for shower and late breakfast with No.1 who had just woken up.  She was feeling brighter but soon went downhill after some insensitivity on my part.  My heart breaks with sadness but we dusted ourselves off and had a quick trip to Junction 8 then to Tesco for food shopping.  OH played golf in the rain then took his car to get the tyre changed.

I contacted BA to try and change/cancel pre-wedding holiday which we had booked.  Now on hold but hopefully can get my money back or at least secure a credit note for another time?
