Friday smile #4

A big surprise awaited us at our favorite coffee shop...the power went out just as we were ordering, so we had to pay in cash! And our pastries couldn't be warmed up. But it was still a festive time until we got too cold sitting there in the dark. Our baristas took it all in stride.
I am wearing green today because it is St. Patrick's Day. I read an interesting article in the paper about most of what we think of as March 17th tradition is not original to Ireland. The Irish immigrants to America started all the tomfoolery!
