leaping for joy

The minute I said we were going to the dog beach this morning, Laney was excited. Once in the car she knew exactly where we were going and her whines increased in volume as we got closer. This is the first shot I took of her coming out of the water! She is one happy and exhausted little dog right now.
In extras is a (poor) shot of hubby sitting on a cement platform where he could watch. He has always said one of his favorite things about coming to Oceanside is watching Laney play at the dog beach in Del Mar. Sadly, there is no handicapped access there, and parking is about 100 yards away. So it was a real answer to prayer to find this little patch of dog beach south of Del Mar with wheel chair access.
