Open gate on the fens

I finished the edges of the canvas I was painting on Monday afternoon. It is another view across the Lincolnshire fens. I put the telegraph poles in as an afterthought, and I
am not sure whether to leave them. They balance the composition on the right hand side, but leaving them out, did give the impression of uninterrupted flatlands as far as the eye can see. Any opinion would be welcome.

I played tennis in the morning, but we stopped at one set all as both of us wanted to keep some energy for tomorrow’s practice and I was feeling quite tired after yesterday’s hike
