Went to Bridge this morning. Nice session as we played in our usual four and had the lovely Doreen as a helper. She got ticked off by the leader of the session because she moved one of the boards when she shouldn’t have. Ridiculous- just the sort of thing that gives bridge a bad name and what we were assured was a thing of the past. I’ve not seen anything else like that so it won’t stop me going….. but it could do if it becomes common.
Got home and packed my case, did a bit if faffing and caught the bus to the station. Uneventful journey. Liked this modern stained glass in one if the waiting rooms at Grantham. D very kindly met me- it was raining. Had some pasta and watched TV
