Green Skies at Night

A beautiful calm and sunny day. It was warm in the sunshine, even at 6⁰c.  Calm and clear tonight.  No snow today.

A morning around the house, then headed to work.  I put a silly text into Radio 2 this morning, and got a mention.  Late shift in the airport.  Most flights in and out on time, an hour delay on the last Edinburgh.  Walkies with Sammy, now feet up. 

A lovely evening for a walk, but it's cold out there.  Most of the snow has now thawed (apart from north and the northern isles), but still snow in places.  I'm definitely ready for spring.  As we headed up the road, the mirrie dancers (northern lights) made an appearance, along with the patch of snow here at Houlland, Scalloway.
