Chicken burger

The deep fat fryer came out to cook chicken that had been in buttermilk for a couple of hours and then dredged in seasoned flour. Tasted pretty good. Have started watching French drama Disparue (The Disappearance), which is promising, so far. It was made in 2015 but is new to us.
