Contorta

Susie and I both had a swim, then eased down watching the rugby and roasting a duck, spatchcocked with piri piri sauce and cumin roast potatoes. Very rich and indulgent. This was taken from a wander around the garden before the rain came. I love this variety  of hazel, it just looks fab. On the hunt for a new series after Alaska Daily ended somewhat abruptly with the main storyline unresolved. Felt like they pressed pause on the show while they looked at the audience reaction. Grr.
