Continuing the Dorset theme...

Up at 5.15am to see my brother off, on his way back to Heathrow and Singapore. A mild but very windy day (yellow weather warning), showers on and off, and a busy day of laundry (4 loads) and trying to get the house straight, clearing up the whirlwind path of destruction that my brother always leaves behind him.

Thank you for all your kind comments over the last few days. I’m glad we managed to get Dad away for the weekend, but it was such hard work putting everything in place so that we could do so safely, and the hard work continued while we were away, and on our return. Sadly he doesn’t remember much about the weekend, and I’m even more exhausted than before we went away. But Dad enjoyed himself at the time, so I’m glad we went...
