Leo taking Ben for a walk!

A lovely warm day,
sunshine and Sunday feeling.
Ben feeling more chilled.

Busy today, we slept pretty well so it was a slow start to the day.  I did some washing, made coffee and then took Leo and Ben for a walk around the water park.  Ben seemed calm but sleepy, he asked to hold the lead again and I said it was OK unless other dogs were around.  He seems to enjoy it and he's less likely to trip over the lead if he's in charge.  Having said that he fell over twice on the walk but in an unrelated capacity. Once over a tuft of grass in the field and once on some slippy mud.  Leo had fun sniffing and trying to meet other dogs then we came home for lunch.  After lunch I went for a sneaky lie down and then took Leo and Ben for another walk.  It's nice to think that I'm feeling more confident taking them both out together this weekend.  Ben is still unpredictable but he's much calmer than he has been in the last few weeks.  Leo was mega mucky after the two muddy walks so we gave him a bath when we got home.  He did a good job at leaping all over me and I was wet through too!  He then had a big sleep by the aga to dry off and recover from the trauma!  I was busy, I made Ben's lunch for school, prepared our tea, some of tomorrow's tea and some salad for Mr KCNQ2Haiku's lunch tomorrow.  I did some more washing, changed Ben's bedclothes and gave him a snack.  I have loads of ironing to do next but at least everything else is done :-)
