Feeling a bit wabbit after Bramble interrupting my sleep so instead of a vigorous walk we had coffee at Smeaton's Nursery then took a stroll on the beach at Seacliff.

At Smeaton a black pheasant posed nicely for a couple of photos (extra); at Seacliff we we able to watch three ponies taking their exercise while a surfer attempted to master the large waves.

A little basic shopping on the way home and now time to relax.
