Today should have been in colour!
Yet another grey sunless day - with rain - would have preferred pretty snow!
This black and white image was taken in colour. I suppose it’s black and grey really. I saw it just as I was about to start the car in Tesco car park! I took it through the windscreen. I liked the patterns and silhouettes of the branches and catkins.
Dunelm sent me some faulty Venetian blinds. Their online ‘chat’ was hopeless. They kept asking for the same details over and over again. I thought the local store might be better. They just let the phone ring out without answering it. So I tried their main number for complaints. After a long queue the first call was cut off after I asked mildly if this was the correct number for complaints. Another queue and the lady said it was a ‘bad line’ so I had to repeat the order number over and over and over and over again. After a total of 30 minutes the complaint was almost resolved. I will have to wait and see if the promised partial refund arrives. Adding in the first cut off call I spent a total of 45 minutes on the phone to Dunelm. The ‘chat’ took longer, spread over 3 days. I won’t be buying ANYTHING from Dunelm in future. I’m Dun-gone!
