Eira gwanwyn

Eira gwanwyn ~ Spring snow

“Courage is not the towering oak that sees storms come and go; it is the fragile blossom that opens in the snow.”
― Alice M. Swaim

Ac yn sydyn mae eira wedi dod. Roedd yr ardd wedi'i gorchuddio â blanced wen oer. Mae'n rhaid bod hyn wedi bod yn sioc i'r blodau.

Roedd rhaid i ni fynd allan i wneud tipyn bach o siopa - well dych chi byth yn gwybod pa mor hir y bydd y tywydd oer yn parhau ac mae'n syniad da i gael rhai o fwyd mewn stoc.

Gwnaethon ni  ddefnyddio'r hen drelar beic oherwydd gwnaethon ni wybod bydd y siopa yn drwm. Rydyn ni'n mynd â jariau gwydr gwag i ‘Iechyd Da’ i'w lenwi ac mae'r jariau eu hunain yn drwm. Aethon ni hefyd i ‘Coffee #1’ i gael diod a chacen cyn cerdded adre.

Mae'n dal yn oer y tu allan ond mae'r eira wedi stopio am nawr.

And suddenly snow has come. The garden was covered with a cold white blanket. This must have been a shock to the flowers.

We had to go out and do a bit of shopping - you never know how long the cold weather will last and it's a good idea to have some food in stock.

We used the old bike trailer because we knew the shopping would be heavy. We take empty glass jars to 'Eychyd Da' to be filled and the jars themselves are heavy. We also went to 'Coffee #1' for a drink and cake before walking home.

It's still cold outside but the snow has stopped for now.
