Balance

A work meeting this morning and then I went over to have lunch and a catch up with JulesB. After lunch we went for a walk on the beach, despite the fact that it was starting to sleet. The beach has a lot of bricks and stone aggregate as part of the sea defences. Someone had had fun balancing stones ... I realise that this is now being discouraged. I had just said to JulesB that I am on the lookout for photographing heart shapes in various materials, and was looking for any stones shaped like a heart, when she lifted the rather large one in extras and asked if that was any good. It was fascinating to see this aggregate mix moulded into this smooth shape. For size, the one above is the width of a brick.
