The ability to make tea, decent coffee, and toast!

Except I managed to leave the bread at our AirBnb, so no toast for us!

And no bed.  So we retreated to the local hotel/restaurant for food, and although they were fully booked, luckily the Bed and Breakfast establishment just across the road had a room.

The furniture made it to Dublin, but not much further because Customs was slow.  They rang to tell us they were parking up overnight - see you in the morning.

We spent the day attempting, not very successfully, to grapple with the heating system.  We are reluctantly coming to the conclusion that the vendor lied when telling us the house was cold because she was trying to reduce her electricity consumption, and in fact the house was cold because there's a problem with the geothermal heating system.

Now trying to find someone to look at it, and hopefully put it to rights.
