Pale

A busy afternoon, with an eye test and haircut. The good news is that my distance vision has improved in the past two years. Less good is that this is common as one gets older. Also my hair is less luxuriant than it was, for similar reasons.

The forecast snow has started to fall. This picture was the scene walking up the road to home this afternoon. I like the way the snow absorbed almost all the colour from the buildings and the land - unless my eyes are deceiving me. I haven't changed the colour at all in post-processing.
