The Grand Hall

Today me & Mrs. MD visited Samlesbury Hall, a Stately Home Nr. Preston.
It's a very attractive Hall (see Mrs. MD's Blip) with lots of history - witchcraft, haunting and such like.  This is the Great Hall, and my extras show a rather magnificent stained glass window and an attractive fountain in the courtyard.  The sun shone all day - but it was rather chilly out of the sunshine.  Altogether a most enjoyable day.
