Good recovery
For one reason or another (not all beer related) I had about 3 hours sleep last night. Cue a drowsy day. Tim and I spent the bulk of the day eating carbs, starting with croissants in the morning, ending with a cheese fondue and including more in between but I’m too ashamed to add here.
A lovey evening with the family (including more delicious carbs) before getting home to crash.
