Southport pier

A full morning, an interesting afternoon and a hospital visit this evening. We finally got the sun mid-afternoon and I thought it would be a good sunset so, as the hospital was in Southport, I took the opportunity of going to the pier. There was potential for some good photos, if I had gone down on to the beach or waited another 20mins or so, but I wanted to get back for a phone call to a friend. I took quite a few and thought they would be ok but I was a bit disappointed when I saw them on the computer. I will have to go back for a proper sunset photoshoot one day!
