Invariably some golfers lose balls when playing at Kilspindie when they hit them onto the beach or into the water.  Apart from being “out of bounds” it would involve them clambering down a steep slope and rocks or being confronted by cliffs.  When the tide is out we often find balls and here S is retrieving one from the edge of the water.  Only three today but we have found nine once.
