Stromness

A bonny day.  Stromness Town Hall, The Point of Ness, the Holms and Copland’s Dock are all strong geographical clues for the uninitiated. 
 
I completed my Sustrans survey (after all it is a Saturday).  I was then champing at the bit to get to Stromness as I’ve had a magnificent book token waiting to be used.  Last time I was there I came home with some great titles.  This time a blank.  However, Sheena, the bookshop owner, was agog when I told her I’d seen her father at the Rendall Burns Supper in his kilt.

Today is Jan Garbarek’s birthday.  He wasn’t available for comment.
