I can Kill you with my Mind!!!

What a fun afternoon we had in Bristol today, at the Neuroscience Festival. Here is Janet, at the far end of a two person mental duel where we each attempt to send the ball to the far end using only the power of our brainwaves. 

Now, I don't want to draw any hasty conclusions, but the score was 3-0... Nevertheless, you might give consideration to the evident amount of concentration that was coming from the far end of the table... if looks could, etc.

An immersive and entertaining day. The range of scientific fields extended from robotic brain surgery from the Renishaw centre in our own village, through psychoanalysis to those marvellous drosophila flies that engage Charlie so much in her own neuroscience studies in Lisbon. And all free.

But I'm wondering now... was she holding back... should I be scared?
